At Pet Transport Express, we strive to deliver safe, reliable, and stress-free animal transport and relocation services. Because we provide specialized live animal transportation services, all bookings are subject to the following Refund and Returns Policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative and booking fees.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the pickup date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or if the customer fails to provide required documentation or meet agreed pickup times.
Changes to Booking
We understand plans can change. You may request changes to your booking subject to availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once the service has commenced:
- In-transit services
- Completed deliveries
- Documentation and permit processing fees
- Third-party charges (vet checks, quarantine, airline fees, etc.)

Important Note
Due to the perishable and live nature of animal transportation services, Pet Transport Express reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if it compromises animal welfare or violates transport regulations. In such cases, refunds will be handled according to the policy above.
